New York’s not-for-profit center for art and technology Eyebeam will host, will host, this Friday and Saturday (March 12-13), the MIXER: OLYMPIAD, Eyebeam’s version of the Olympics. No sports though, MIXER: OLYMPIAD is an exciting artist event, showcasing leading professionals and artists working on the fields of arts and technology. If you think it is impossible to bring hackers and musicians together, you’re dead wrong, or just partially wrong – after all, MIXER: OLYMPIAD is, indeed, a creative contest, although the competitive spirit will be nurtured for a great cause, which is stimulating creativity.
